Sweet & Spicy Chili

With everyone being home in my house we have been alternating nights to cook dinner while also trying to use up everything in our fridge. For my night I did a sort of “whatever-we-had-left” chili which ended up being amazing 🤤

Here is what I used:


  1. Brown ground beef, shallot, and garlic in a skillet with salt and pepper.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to a large pot, add beef mixture, and then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.

  3. We served it with some avocado & cheese 😄
